1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Skyline Frames online store and to any purchase you make from us. "Skyline Frames", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. These Terms do not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, and you must provide accurate and complete information when you place an order.

3. Products and pricing

We take care to display our products, colours and descriptions accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices, products and promotions may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. An agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider; we do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and cancellations

You may cancel or return products as described in our Refund Policy, which includes the 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases and your rights in respect of defective goods.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Sales and discount codes are valid only for the period stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including the Skyline Frames name and logo, product names, text, photographs and design, belongs to Skyline Frames or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, gaining unauthorised access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Skyline Frames is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
